Summer Cocktails

1. Fresh Mojito for IT girls

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 shot Light rum
- 1/2 tot Lime juice
- 1 Handful Fresh mint sprigs
- 2 tsp Sugar
- Soda water
Directions:
- Gently mix the mint and sugar with a splash of soda water in a mixing glass until the sugar dissolve and you smell the mint
- Squeeze the lime into the glass, add rum and shake with ice
- Strain over ice in a highball glass
- Garnish with a lemon twist or mint sprig

2. Sinful Pina Colada
- 2 shots Light rum
- 6 shots Pineapple juice or crushed pineapple
- 3 tbsp coconut milk/cream*
*alternative: Malibu rum with normal cream
Directions:
- In a blender combine 2 cups crushed ice, pineapple juice, rum and cream.
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into a glass of your choice
- Garnish with a slice/wedge of fresh pineapple and 1 maraschino cherry

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 shots Vodka
- 1 shot Cointreau
- 1 1/4 shots Cranberry juice
- 1/4 shot Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 spoon lime cordial
Directions:
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with lots of ice
- Shake vigorously for several seconds and strain into a martini cocktail glass
- Garnish with a lime twist

4. Summer Sea Breeze
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 shot Vodka
- 1/2 glass Fresh Grapefruit juice
- 2 shot Cranberry juice
Directions:
- Pour vodka into an highball glass with lots of ice
- Fill partially with grapefruit juice and top with cranberry juice
- Garnish with a lime wedge

5. Quenching Long Island iced tea
 |
Ingredients
- 1/2 tot Vodka
- 1/2 tot Gin
- 1/2 tot Rum
- 1/2 tot Tequila (optional)
- 1/2 tot Triple Sec
- 1 tot Sweet & Sour
Directions:
- Mix all contents together in a tall highball glass & stir gently
- Top with Coke
- Garnish with a lemon twist and mint sprig
